Once you’ve fiddled with the dial on the radio and listened to the sound of the wind through your cracked window long enough, you’ll need another distraction. Instead of popping in your 10th CD or clicking through your MP3 player, consider listening to an audio book. It’s like company and brain food, but you can turn it off whenever you want.
